InternshipIntern on the Growth Data Science (GDS) APAC team — Moloco's global team of data scientists partnering with advertisers, sales, product, and engineering to maximize the effectiveness of Moloco Ads. GDS drives advertiser growth through deep campaign analysis, experimentation and success metrics, and reporting built on SQL, BigQuery, and Looker, turning ad performance data into actionable insights for clients and growth teams.
Key Achievements:
Develop AI agent skills that automate ad campaign pre/post analysis, implementing statistical causal inference methods — propensity score matching and synthetic control — to quantify incremental campaign lift.
Investigate and resolve client-reported ad campaign issues via Jira tickets, conducting deep-dive root cause analyses with SQL, BigQuery, and Looker to pinpoint performance drivers and deliver data-backed client responses.
Built and shipped a BigQuery dashboard that surfaces in-app advertising (IAA) scaling opportunities, guiding budget expansion decisions for 100+ growth managers across APAC and EMEA.
